If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items:

If you received the wrong item, or your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at help@bepositionless.com.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the email address used at checkout so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out right away if anything is incorrect or damaged — we’ll make it right.

Order Changes (Sizing + Items):

If you need to update your size or item, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Because we produce in small batches and aim to reduce waste, inventory is limited. If your requested item or size is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

Refunds:

If a damaged or incorrect item is returned, we will notify you once it has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Delays and In-Transit Orders:

If your order has shipped but has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3–5 days for potential carrier delays (including holidays or transit disruptions). Once an order has left our fulfillment center, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

If your package is still delayed beyond that timeframe, please contact us at help@bepositionless.com with your order number.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to locate your order.

At this time, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for items that are lost or stolen after delivery.

A Note on Production:

Because our pieces are made in small batches with a focus on quality and sustainability, we encourage reviewing sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
