Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within the standard shipping timeframe outlined below.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States and Canada.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.

Shipping timelines begin on the first business day after your order leaves our fulfillment center. Orders are not delivered on holidays.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items will be clearly noted on the product page.

Because we produce in small batches with a focus on sustainability, pre-order timelines may vary. Estimated ship windows will be provided in the product description.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Thank you for your patience and support.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update with the latest status.

Shipping Delays and In-Transit Orders:

Once an order has left our fulfillment center, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3–5 days for potential delays.

If your package is still delayed beyond that, please contact us at help@bepositionless.com with your order number.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to locate your order.

At this time, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered, or for items that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at help@bepositionless.com within 2 hours of placing your order with your order number and the correct address.

Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to make changes once your order has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to you.
